Hands-on CPR training
Adult CPR
Learn how to check responsiveness, start chest compressions, and give rescue breaths. Benefit: You can act fast when an adult collapses at home, work, or in public.
Child and Infant CPR
Practice age-appropriate CPR steps, including compression depth and breathing techniques. Benefit: You can respond with more confidence when a baby or child is unresponsive.
AED Use
Use an AED safely, follow voice prompts, and place pads correctly. Benefit: You can support a cardiac arrest response while help is on the way in gyms, offices, and community spaces.
Basic Choking Response
Identify choking signs and perform back blows and abdominal thrusts correctly. Benefit: You can clear an airway quickly during meals, events, and childcare situations.

Location format: In-person (on-site classroom)
What’s included: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS eCard certification and lots of practice with Preston Jaw-thrust manikins, outfitted with up-to-date feedback monitors to ensure proper chest compression speeds, and a book to keep.
Cancellation and refunds: Cancel up to 48 hours before class for a full refund; later cancellations are non-refundable but you may transfer to another date if space is available
