Enrollment: How do I enroll in a course?

Enrollment: Do I need experience to start?
It depends on the course level, which is listed on each course page. If you are unsure which course fits, start with a beginner option to build the basics first. Resource: Take the course fit quiz
Enrollment: How do I switch to a different course?
If you enrolled in the wrong course, contact support with your account email and the course name. We will review your request and tell you the next step based on access and progress. Resource: Contact support
Enrollment: Do I have to undergo a live Scan Exam ?
All applicants must undergo
Live Scan fingerprinting upon enrollment. This background check is required by
the CDPH to ensure there are no disqualifying convictions before you begin
clinical rotations.
Enrollment: Is a Physical Exam required?
Physical
Exam: A recent health examination
signed by a medical provider confirming you can perform the physical demands of
patient care.
Tuberculosis (TB) Test: Documentation of a negative TB
skin test or a blood test (QuantiFERON). If you have a history of positive
tests, a chest X-ray taken within the last year is required to confirm you are
asymptomatic.
Learning: Is the CNA program approved by the State?
Yes. Our 160-hour Nurse
Assistant Training Program (NATP) is fully approved by the California
Department of Public Health (CDPH). The curriculum meets all state regulatory
requirements to ensure students are eligible for certification upon completion.
Learning: How long is the training program?
We offer a 6-week Nurse Assistant Training Program with
classes and clinicals held Monday–Friday. The curriculum includes 60 hours of
in-class instruction and 100 hours of supervised clinical experience. We offer both day and evening courses
Learning: What is the requirement to enroll?
You must be at least 16 years
of age to train as a CNA in California.
Identification: Provide a valid government-issued photo ID and a
Social Security card or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
Learning: What does the program cost?
The total cost is $1650 that
includes: Textbook & workbook (yours to keep), 1 uniform, lab supplies, and free CPR certification.
Learning: Is a High School Diploma required?
While California does not
legally require a high school diploma for certification, many clinical sites
and programs require a High School Diploma or GED. Applicants without a diploma
may be required to pass a basic entrance exam in reading and math to ensure
program success.

Account: How do I access my courses after I enroll?
After enrolling, go to your dashboard to see your active courses and continue where you left off. If you do not see your course, confirm you are signed in with the same email used at checkout. Resource: Go to your dashboard
Payments: Can I pay in installments?
Some courses offer installment plans at checkout when available. If you do not see an installment option, the course may be one-time payment only. Resource: View pricing and plans
Payments: What payment methods do you accept?

Payments: Where can I find my receipt or invoice?
Receipts are typically sent to your email after purchase, and you may also find them in your account billing area. If you cannot locate it, contact support and we can resend it. Resource: Billing and receipts
Payments: What is your refund policy?

Account: I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen to reset your password by email. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam or try again. Resource: Password reset help
